Phase 2: What are healthy diets and how do you ensure the intake of regular healthy diet?

In this phase, you will learn about the importance of eating healthy diet regularly, how to ensure you eat healthy regularly, what to include in your diet to enable you have sufficient quantities and qualities of nutrients in your body, to boost your immune system and hence protect you from infections and diseases. Ever since i learnt how to and include healthy nutrients in my diet, i have been enjoying these benefits.

You will also learn about carrying out self checks regularly, getting your recommended health checks done and the importance of having health check-ups regularly.

I have included an example of a week healthy meal plan, as a guide for you, I encourage you to practice following this meal plan and watch the difference it makes on your health in a week, it may be only a little initially, don't worry, keep going with your healthy diet, by making up your own healthy meal plan every week using the template i provided, and adding your favourite dishes, you can include similar healthy options like i have done in my example and in similar quantities, I have been following this plan and i enjoy the benefits continuously.
