Phase 1: How can you develop a healthy Mentality?
I believe that anyone can achieve a better well-being if they try to follow the activities in this course as much as possible. This is because developing a state of well-being is more than what you eat and the exercises you do, it covers other aspects of our lives such as our mental health, lifestyles, beliefs and practices. In this course, you will learn how to develop and maintain a positive and healthy mentality, using methods and activities that i have learnt, tried and found to be effective and so have my clients.
Definition:
Well-being is a good and satisfying condition of existence, a state of the mind and body characterised by good health, happiness, prosperity and welfare, dictionary.com.
From this definition, we can see that being in a state of well-being covers a holistic aspects of our health and lifestyles. This is the reason i began this course with healthy mentality topic, i feel you will get more from this whole health and wellness/well-being course, if you address any mental setbacks that you may be experiencing that can get in the way of your receiving or learning, so that you can get the most out of this positive investment journey you began.
What I support and encourage my clients to have, to succeed and get the most from this course are:

• Ability to look inwards and practice the activities towards change
• sincerity and admittance of the need for change and the willingness to work towards a positive change
• Do not blame others for where you are at present
• Work hard for your change
• Be positive, try to be happy for this opportunity to change things and seek this change.
