How can you achieve good and regular sleeps?

I love this phase because i was having problems with sleeping well for quite a while and did not know how to solve this, until it began to have negative effects on my health and then i decided to do some research on how to have better sleeps, until i found my solution, something that works for me, i am positive that you will too, if you go through this course carefully and practice the activities suggested.

My experience helped me to realise how important having good regular sleeps is to our health. Topics covered includes; the benefits of getting good and sufficient sleeps regularly, the importance of identifying the cause(s) of your sleeplessness or sleep problems and strategies you can follow that will help you achieve and maintain good and sufficient sleeps, regularly.

I encourage you to practice some of the suggested tips continuously until you get what works for you, please let me know how you are doing, after your first week or two of practicing these tips by posting your comments, questions and feed backs in the comments section at the end of this phase and i will try to respond to you promptly.
