Phase 3: How can you ensure that you engage in effective regular exercises?

In this phase, you will learn the importance of doing regular exercises, how to develop and maintain an effective exercise regimen and incorporate it into your daily activities easily, i have tried this and it works. There is a section recommended specially for nursing mothers, new mothers and women in general, this lesson will help you to maintain a healthier lifestyle and be happier in yourself and your relationship.

I have included a short exercise video of my regular exercise or workout regimen at the end of this phase, to encourage and motivate you, you can follow this for two weeks to see its effect and then keep up with it, you can then increase the steps as you go on, do let me know the results you get from doing this, in the comment section below.
